Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Final sale or customized pieces are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- If the desired piece is out of stock, we will process a refund or issue store credit at your request.
Damaged or Defective Items

How to Start a Return

- We will provide you with a pre-paid return label (for U.S. customers; international customers may be responsible for return shipping).
